Add Laravel Herd Support by default

After doing herd init I've got Leaf\Exceptions\ErrorException thrown with message "Undefined array key "SCRIPT_FILENAME""

Make it seamless and work with herd automatically

Describe alternatives you've considered

I didn't I used herd for any php projects.

If you put leaf into production mode, the error page disapears. So this has to do with herd, i also use herd, but always need to add the herd config after i setup a new project..
