chore: update nolints.json after merge
Lost in the merge of nightly-testing-2026-05-06; regenerated via `lake exe runLinter --update Mathlib`. Net -49 lines: stale entries pruned, the simpNF regressions exposed by the recent `useBackward` removals folded back in. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
