This PR golfs the proof of FormalMultilinearSeries.fderiv_sum to use the existing API lemma HasFPowerSeriesOnBall.sum, instead of re-deriving it via hasSum/tsum_eq and unfolding the definition of FormalMultilinearSeries.sum with rw.

Follow-up to #41018 (feat(Analysis): lemma for fderiv of FormalMultilinearSeries.sum).

🤖 Prepared with Claude Code

Use the existing API lemma HasFPowerSeriesOnBall.sum instead of
re-deriving it via hasSum/tsum_eq and unfolding the definition of
FormalMultilinearSeries.sum.

  • The relative value is the weighted sum of the differences with weight given by the inverse of the current value of the statistic.
  • The absolute value is the relative value divided by the total sum of the inverses of the current values (i.e. the weighted average of the differences).
