Observed behavior

The opened editor menus don't get closed when I click anywhere else within the editor:

Expected behavior

Any opened editor menus should close once I click anywhere else.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio at Hotfixes
2. Go to Channel > Channel editor > New exercise
3. Start adding questions/answers/hints and observe the behavior of the editor's drop-down menus
