Modernize codebase 👯

• I use .cpp extensions, I use a cpp compiler, I think in C++, I should use C++
• Adds an IApp interface
• IApp has a DOS implementation and a (TODO) SDL implementation
• Adds a MainUI class. This contains the UI logic, to be fully platform independent (should be instead of the ui_load_modal function)
