+This project permits AI-assisted development.

+AI tools may be used to help draft code, tests, documentation, commit messages,
+issue text, and pull request descriptions.

+Any material created with AI assistance must be reviewed by the submitter before
+submission.

+Substantial AI-assisted contributions should be disclosed in pull requests or
+equivalent contribution channels.
+
+Contributions may be rejected if their provenance, licensing status, or
+compliance with this policy is unclear.

+This policy is procedural and supplements, but does not modify, any applicable
