The used Bootstrap version is outdated

If using bootstrap 5.x in the project, the grid layout of this project doesn't look well. All glyphons are not displayed, because they are not part of Bootstrap, since v5.2.

@doublej74 I don't think this bundle was created with Bootstrap 5.x in mind. If you want support for bootstrap 5.x, you should probably try to issue a PR.

@doublej74 We found that the boostrap was removed with the pure JS implementation and we restored it. If you checkout master, the layout should look good again.
