Vector DrawableLeft to TextView and background RadioButton

How work with vector when me need setBackground to RadioButton vector image , and DrawableLeft to textView ?
Error ->Caused by: android.content.res.Resources$NotFoundException: File res/drawable/vector_drawable_cpu.xml from drawable resource ID #0x7f02004e
