Avoid the redundant per-object cache-control reconciliation that serialized package releases for roughly 17 extra minutes. Asset uploads and ordered mutable metadata uploads now carry the intended policy directly, with a fully mocked hosted regression contract. The reusable release workflow pins the reviewed optimized publisher commit.
