Use the caller repository GITHUB_TOKEN for source-release assets and expose the separately scoped Homebrew PAT only through HOMEBREW_REPO_TOKEN for the tap repository configuration.
This mirrors the plugin release workflow boundary and removes unnecessary source-repository access from the cross-repository token. Callers must update their GoReleaser Homebrew repository token and pin this immutable revision together.
Validated with actionlint and diff checks.
