Mednafen follows the official VB documentation, but there's apparently undocumented behavior that allows reg2 to use the full 32 bits instead of being treated as a halfword.
Note: I haven't compiled this yet, as I'm away from my dev machine, but I'll test it ASAP and follow up. I'm just putting this PR up now so I don't forget about it later.
EDIT: just tested it and it compiles just fine and Test Chamber appears to be working properly.
