This PR adds two new CI jobs. One runs the tests using the version of
libsemigroupsavailable through conda, and the other uses the version of libsemigroups on a specified branch and fork. The latter of these is only run on workflow dispatch.For an example of the custom branch job being used, see https://github.com/Joseph-Edwards/libsemigroups_pybind11/actions/runs/19152851857.
