feat: Remove forgotten address link in error page

  The forgotten address link made sense when people were typing their
  instance address by themselves.
  Now, with the SSO login, people won't access their instance in this
  manner most of the time.

  Besides, the URL was hardcoded. It was out-of-date for our SaaS offer
  and irrelevant to other installations.
