Investigate `_SeriesFromNest` missing metadata with specific environments

Investigation is still needed as to why with a specific environment (#405) the super().eval() call is not propagating the metadata that our _SeriesFromNest sets up via Pandas extension interface.

Claude Code is convincing me that the root of the issue is numexpr, which is used by default for string-column queries
