DEEZ - Linkerbot LinkerHand O6 Socket CAN Bus full, fails to transmit messages

Hello!

This is a left hand btw. After using it for approximately 200 hours, this error showed up. There is no documentation on whether or not this is expected. Power cycle did not solve issue. I had to Power Cycle many times... The USB2CAN converter showed no blue light, only red.

Then I unplugged and re-plugged the cable connected to the hand (on the hand side) and then power cycled and the issue stopped. Is this known behavior? I hope there is a good solution soon! I am using this hand for industrial applications and I need to know exactly when it will fail. I cannot have it randomly fail.

Thank you for your feedback. To resolve the issue efficiently, please follow these steps:

1. First, try local diagnosis (quick check)
Please log into the device terminal and execute the following commands in sequence to check and reconfigure the CAN interface:

sudo ip link show
sudo ip link set can0 down
sudo ip link set can0 up type can bitrate 1000000

After execution, please run sudo ip link show again to confirm whether the can0 state is UP, and test if communication is restored.

2. If the problem persists after the above steps
It is likely a hardware failure. Please contact our after-sales support team directly to request a replacement CAN device for testing. After replacement, please repeat the configuration in step 1 and observe whether the issue is resolved.
