[WIP] Investigate dbus interface second parameter documentation

• Update showHelp() in dccmanager.cpp to use helpTitle() when available, falling back to name()
• Update Device.qml to set helpTitle: "Bluetooth and Devices"
• Update v25-dcc-interface.zh_CN.md documentation to describe the new property
• Run build and tests to verify changes
