chore: remove unused Spanish translation files

1. Deleted multiple Spanish translation files for dde-dock plugin
(es_419, es_AR, es_CL, es_MX variants)
2. Removed Spanish translation file for trayplugin-loader (es_ES)
3. These files were either empty or contained only unfinished
translations
4. Cleaning up unused translations helps reduce repository size and
maintenance overhead
