Log: update the help manual

Summary by Sourcery

Update deepin-draw packaging to version 6.5.24.1 and switch build sources to the Crimson repository, refresh help manual assets and references

Enhancements:

  • Bump deepin-draw version to 6.5.24.1 in both amd64 and arm64 manifests
  • Switch build source URLs from testing25_daily to crimson_25.0

Build:

  • Add new up.svg and down.svg icons into assets for manual navigation

Documentation:

  • Update zh_CN draw manual to correct icon references
  • Remove obsolete p_draw.md documentation files for multiple locales
