fix(icons): adjust mute icon opacity to 0.7

- Add fill-opacity and stroke-opacity attributes to mute_normal icon for softer visual appearance in disabled state.
修复(installer): 增加分区设备存在性检查以处理 USB 物理拔出场景

- 在截图界面右键菜单处理中增加锁屏状态检查，锁屏时禁止弹出选项菜单，防止菜单因失去焦点而闪烁消失。
