Split the Arch Linux source-build steps by Qt5 and Qt6 to mirror dtkcore workflow handling. Also make the Deepin matrix step names explicitly mention the Qt version so the CI flow is easier to read and debug.

已按 dtkcore#564 的方式把 workflow 中 Qt5 / Qt6 路径明确拆开:

  • Arch workflow 将 DTK 依赖源码构建拆成独立的 Qt5 / Qt6 步骤
  • Deepin workflow 的步骤名也明确标出 Qt 版本
  • 继续保持 Qt5 路径执行单测、Qt6 路径仅构建,避免当前上游 Qt6 单测链路问题影响 CI

当前这版 PR 的 GitHub Actions 已全部通过。
