Expected behavior

EasyCLA status check should work normally for PRs created from forked repos.

Bug was introduced by https://github.com/linuxfoundation/easycla/releases/tag/v2.3.4 release and then fixed by hot-fix: https://github.com/linuxfoundation/easycla/releases/tag/v2.3.5.

I need to confirm that hot-fix is also able to handle PRs from forked repos that have > 250 commits.

Here is a test with 301 commits, seems to be working fine: mlehotskylf-org2/easycla-dev#36.

When there are a lot of commits for a PR it can happen that CLA comment is too long and cannot be posted, I'll handle this as well.

#4836 merged, will test on dev and then create a prod PR.
