Intercom integration with EasyCLA

SUMMARY

Due to the Product Support Integration with EasyCLA. The following support link updates are required:

• Update header in https://easycla.lfx.linuxfoundation.org to bring the Intercom chat instead of Jira Link when using the Support option.
• Update header in https://organization.lfx.linuxfoundation.org to bring the Intercom chat instead of Jira Link when using the Support option.
• Update header in https://contributor.easycla.lfx.linuxfoundation.org to bring the Intercom chat instead of Jira Link when using the Support option.
• Update link to open Intercom chat when "Your organization is not yet enrolled in EasyCLA. For security, please click [here] to open a support ticket." message is displayed when the user does not have access to https://organization.lfx.linuxfoundation.org.
• Update link in PR when the EasyCLA bot replies "The commit (38e0d9c2bd0a73b464c314b6f0c641b798bb30dc) is not authorized under a signed CLA. Please click here to be authorized. For further assistance with EasyCLA, please submit a support request ticket". This needs to send the user to https://easycla.lfx.linuxfoundation.org and interact with with bot there.

EasyCLA is LFX biggest and most used product. Therefore, the Support Team decided to to have this changes changes all together when setting EasyCLA live in Intercom, to be released on a specific day (to be defined).

I'm working on the backend part, can I have a final confirmation about link target, from slack conversation I have this:

• "The commit (38e0d9c2bd0a73b464c314b6f0c641b798bb30dc) is not authorized under a signed CLA. Please click here to be authorized. For further assistance with EasyCLA, please submit a support request ticket".

Needs to be changed into:

• "The commit (38e0d9c2bd0a73b464c314b6f0c641b798bb30dc) is not authorized under a signed CLA. Please click here to be authorized. For further assistance with EasyCLA, please visit our EasyCLA portal and chat with our support bot.".
