The scope for docs is pretty straightforward:
Intercom's Fin AI works best with help center articles — structured, question-focused content in your Intercom workspace that Fin can read and cite when answering users. The ideal format is short, self-contained articles organized around specific tasks or FAQs (e.g. "How do I connect a GitHub repo in LFX One?"). Fin doesn't need exhaustive documentation — it needs scannable, answer-ready articles.
