To reproduce:
- Log in Cinnamon Wayland
- Set the display to HiDPI scale 2.
- Launch Slack or VSCode
- Scroll some content
Observed on Framework Laptop AMD, muffin 6.7.3, acceleration working.
Instead of scrolling the entire content, only the top-left quarter of the content seems to scroll... the rest of the window glitches or stays the same.
