Error when trying to edit application: Call to undefined method App\Services\CustomFormBuilder::password()

When I click on a specific application in the Application List (in my case 'openmediavault') I am sent to an error page that states:

Error
Call to undefined method App\Services\CustomFormBuilder::password()

This does not happen with every application, most are fine. Tried on the latest version as well as the previous version of container. I am running LSIO docker container on unraid 7.0.1
