Add inotifytool to reconnect database

Wanted change

If add inotifytool to monitor metadata.db , then call /reconnect API via curl , is it possible ?

Reason for change

My Calibre database is read-only volume. I use windows Calibre and sync to Nas.
I need do reconnect database every time when I modified database.
I hope calibre-web can do auto reconnect.
