[BUG] All dialog boxes are being maximized

Current Behavior

Possibly as a result of #100 , now all windows/dialogs/modals are being maximized which isn't desirable. Is it possible to adjust the behavior?

Expected Behavior

Main calibre window should be maximized per #100
All other dialogs/modals at their defaults

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Prefs
2. Observe that it's fullscreen

Environment

- OS: Unraid 7.3.1/Docker
- How docker service was installed: Included with it

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

Installed as part of CA Template

Container logs

Behavior doesn't seem to result in log entries.

You can't really do that universally in open box/labwc but in the readme you will notice the env var NO_FULL=true. Window names vary and are a pain to track across all apps, if you want normal windows just use that env var.
