Please may this image be updated to support running without root?

Reason for change

I'm not sure if there's a technical reason as to why this wouldn't be possible, however the official duplicati/duplicati works rootless so it'd be awesome if this image did too!

We accept PRs, there is no need to bump this issue. You can take a look at how we handle non-root in beets, airsonic, or deluge to give you ideas on what to do with your PR.

I never said it wouldn't be considered, i suggested you create a PR to support non root operation. We are working on adding non-root (and read-only) support to our containers where possible, this is a multi-year task for us. if you want it sooner, i provided a couple examples where we've completed it which can help you get a PR in. I have no problem entertaining the PR once you submit one
