[BUG] <title>Latest Server doesn't work with Grocy Iphone App

Current Behavior

When I install the Latest Grocy server on my Unraid and then install the App on on Iphone it complains that they are not compatible and the app has nothing but errors. If I choose to install the version of the server like this lscr.io/linuxserver/grocy:grocy-4.5.0 on my Unraid and then install the App on my Iphone then there are no errors and they are compatible. The problem then becomes the app refuses to let me scan barcodes and look them up when I add items. I can add the barcode manual then enter everything manual for the barcode like item etc but i can never look it up online. What is the proper way to get this to work so the server and app can communicate. I also noticed it doesn't always list the correct barcode number after scanning as well.

Expected Behavior

Install server, install app, scan items add to inventory, app looks up items based on barcode and fills it in. Also barcode it scanned in correctly.

Steps To Reproduce

Install Grocy Server
Install Grocy App on Iphone
Try and scan items

Environment

- OS:
- How docker service was installed: Docker service is part of Unraid apps

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

It uses the Unraid app

Container logs

I don't have any logs

AFAIK the Grocy iPhone app is maintained by a 3rd party, so it's been a longstanding issue that it takes time for them to support new releases.
