mention chromium client changes needed for nvidia frames on clients, add auto_gpu

I have flushed out as much of the nvidia auto detection and pci linking on the pixelflux side as I can while introducing an auto gpu flag.

I also have logic to no longer just loop and not work, if either of the two paths (rendering or decoding) do not work they will automatically fall back to software.

I also think it is worth mentioning that people need to set this setting in chromium clients as it will seem like it is not working without it.
