Wanted change

Update Kdenlive to a recent release. Version 24.02.2 is the latest as of this ticket.

Reason for change

This image currently runs Kdenlive Version 21.12.3 (release from 2021). The most recent version is 24.02.2 (as of writing this ticket). It would be great to have access to a more recent version.

Proposed code change

Per @thelamer the current image does a repo install from jammy. It needs to be rebased to something else and ingest head.

Old issue I profusely apologize @stephenpapierski I am rebasing this can you please test this image if you get a chance ?

docker run --rm -it -p 3001:3001 --shm-size=1gb ghcr.io/linuxserver/lsiodev-kdenlive:25.04.3-selkies bash

I am going to try to setup the repos to funnel issues to a central place for these desktop app images so I do not miss stuff like this.
