This one rips out the arm64 support and ingests the appimage from KDE. This looks like how KDE will distro apps, appimages and snap/flatpak is the new norm. Unforutunetly arm64 has not made it yet, but I expect that to change.
I was able to do accelerated rendering with nvidia and DRI3 with the appimage, works like desktop.
