[BUG] Paperclip still requires imagemagick

Current Behavior

External images are redirected to missing.png and trigger 404 errors. This is caused because paperclip attempts to use imagemagick which isn't installed anymore. See log below.

Expected Behavior

Paperclip should be able to create temporary local copies of external images. Installing imagemagick on the container fixes the issue.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install container
2. Wait for posts to arrive
3. Images are 404

Environment

- OS: Unraid 6.12.13
- Docker is preinstalled

CPU architecture

x86-64

Container was created using portainer. I don't usually use the Unraid UI for docker management.

Are you using the the lastest version of the image (v4.3.8-ls144) as of yesterday? There was a build 2 days ago that broke this because it was missing the env to force vips usage, but with the latest image I can't replicate the image 404s - we're running it in prod at https://mastodon.linuxserver.io/

I am. I saw the update yesterday and am running the latest one:
