.gitignore for node_modules

Thanks a lot for the kit. It is very easy to go. It will be better to add a .gitignore file which contains node_modules. I can open a PR in a day.

You can also put a .gitignore with node_modules/ in your home directory, then it is ignored for all projects automatically.
