What is https://wpapi.quic.cloud and why am i pinging it?

I installed this plugin to run a couple of tests to figure out a client issue. All I did was activate it then deactivate it.

On deactivation I am presented with a popup, asking me reasons for deactivation

No matter what I click here, the JS sends my hostname and home_url() to whatever https://wpapi.quic.cloud/survey is. I never opted in for this and there appears to be no way to deactivate this plugin without sending my information to that address.

Is anything else being sent to your servers by just activating it?

@Pross the request is deactivation survey. Data is sent to our Quick Cloud. Data sent: hostname, url of site that deactivates LSC and answer to the question.
Also is used to show info about deactivation: what data is kept on server or waht si purged/deleted.

Thats great but how do I opt out and where did you ask permession? You cant just send information like this without permission?
