Add logic to support additional models of Neewer light

Using examples from keefo's NeewerLite, attempt to build logic to handle different kinds of Neewer light. Might need to wait until there is demand for support for certain lights to facilitate testing.

Hi @litui, I was wondering if there is any interest in on your side to add bi-color / CCT only light support to your Neewer ESPHome components? I've been using your components as a foundation for an easier to use firmware to control Neewer lights and been getting some inquiries about other Neewer lights (see mention above).

@DanielBaulig hi Daniel. Sorry for the many months late reply. While I'm still using my own code at home I don't have much interest in adding to the code base at this point. If anything I'd rather someone take what I've got and fix it up to be more in line with best practices and current approaches within esphome.
