Move frame processor url/token/stream info to client sdk

Description

Ports livekit/agents#5867 to node. For more details about this change, read the pull request body / comments there.

TODO

• Be sure Add initial support for frame processor usage directly on tracks node-sdks#671 is merged before eventually merging this one
• Bump version of node-sdks to the ^ above, which will fix the ci build error
• Run this through the full battery of tests (just did a happy path test for now)
