.Net 8/9 Support

Is this project still being maintained, is there any plans to support .Net 8/9, with .Net 8/9 there is now a combined Web App where SSR (server side rendering) is default, it would be nice to have this plugin work in those applications.

I have tried to integrate the current solution but when I run the sample code I'm just getting: "Hey... I'm out of view" printed - so I don't think its being triggered properly.

I'm not a major contributor or the originally creator - but we had originally integrated it in .NET 8 on blazor ssr and have migrated into .NET 9 with no issues!
