Bump uuid, @aws-sdk/client-dynamodb, @aws-sdk/client-rds, @aws-sdk/client-rds-data and @aws-sdk/client-sqs (#135)

Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [@aws-sdk/client-dynamodb](https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3/tree/HEAD/clients/client-dynamodb), [@aws-sdk/client-rds](https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3/tree/HEAD/clients/client-rds), [@aws-sdk/client-rds-data](https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3/tree/HEAD/clients/client-rds-data) and [@aws-sdk/client-sqs](https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3/tree/HEAD/clients/client-sqs). These dependencies need to be updated together.
