Linear gradient across entire sheet

I'd like to show a linear gradient across the entire sheet. However, header and footer prevent that.

First example shows a linear gradient in the header.
Second example shows a linear gradient in the sheet itself.

Is there a way to render a linear gradient without it being cut off at header/main/footer?

Don't use header then set insetAdjustment="never" so your gradient covers all sheet content
