Proposal: Add a SKILL.md file for TrueSheet

Hello @lodev09,

I have been using your library extensively while building my open-source gratitude journal app, Tackbok. The TrueSheet documentation you've provided is incredibly helpful!

To complement the existing docs, I think adding a SKILL.md file for TrueSheet would be a fantastic addition. I recently created a custom one for my own workflow, and I would love to contribute it upstream to the official repo.

By doing this, users could simply run npx skills add lodev09/react-native-true-sheet to pull the SKILL.md file into their codebases. I believe this will help increase library adoption by making it even easier for new users to integrate and work with TrueSheet alongside AI tools.

Proposed changes:

• Add a skills/truesheet/SKILL.md file in the root directory.
• Add a brief "Skills" section or page in the documentation.
