Hashicorp Nomad provider

I use Hashicorp Nomad CE rather than K8s. I do use K8s in Azure and AWS, but I prefer Nomad. Would anyone be interested in my Nomad provider if I PR it? If not, I'll keep it to myself. Currently, I've only implemented the provider, but I know there's more to it than that if you want to offer it in the DevPod Desktop implementation. Seeking advice...
