adds volume snapshot controller section, kube-proxy config and disable examples, byo cni and local path provisioner support boundary warnings, metrics server context, and a control plane components pointer for coredns and konnectivity. removes deprecated ingress-nginx section. Closes DOC-720

…ntroller section MetalLB is a proper product name; adds it to the Google.Headings exceptions list so vale does not flag it in headings. removes the volume snapshot controller section per review feedback — the controller is planned for removal.

Expands the deploy addon configuration page with missing sections and depth across all addons. Adds Volume Snapshot Controller (previously undocumented), kube-proxy disable and custom config examples, BYO CNI and Local Path Provisioner support boundary warnings, Metrics Server context, and a control plane components callout for CoreDNS and Konnectivity. Removes the deprecated ingress-nginx section (already merged to main via DOC-1388).
