Make the Docker submenu a more generalized ContainerService menu

Why do this?

I think it's amazing that ServerBox has a Docker submenu, which greatly facilitates things where users can do some Docker-related operations without using the command line.

However, I think there are some limitations: you can only do Docker and Docker-compatible container manager and container runtime related operations (e.g. podman).

Therefore, I'd like to discuss the need to transform the Docker submenu into a more generalized Container Service menu

My Design

I have some not so mature designs that I would like to discuss.

• The Container Service submenu button takes you to the Container Service page when clicked.
• The submenu lists the types of container services that have been installed on the current server and has some container service related information listed as Container Services card.
• You will not enter the real container management interface until you click on the Container Services card.

Some areas that I think still need to be discussed

• Most servers will only have one type of container service installed, such as docker or podman. is there a more generalized value in doing this to take care of non-mainstream container services like kata container.

Current Progress

• Redesign Docker submenu into Container Service submenu.
• Design Container Service card and list.
• Add Podman support.
