Updating Elastic Search Connector

This issue is to track updating this connector to support the latest JavaScript client(s).

Todo

• Migrate CI to GitHub Actions and Travis CI (arm64)
• Support ElasticSearch v8 JS Client
• Support OpenSearch v1 JS Client

OpenSearch Fork

With the OpenSearch fork in 2021, we now need to be able to support both clients. Some quick info:

• "All future OpenSearch 1.x releases will be backwards compatible with open source Elasticsearch 7.10." ^[1]
• "Most clients that work with Elasticsearch OSS 7.10.2 should work with OpenSearch" ^[2]
