手动触发任务无法被执行

手动点击页面的触发按钮，会执行TriggerJobManuallyHttpCmd#execute方法，每次都会提示nodeGroup should not be empty，因为nodeGroup一直没有设置，这应该是个bug，还请大佬确认。
