Proxifier stop working after system upgrade

Hello, @m0hithreddy.
I would like to say, great job for making this project!

But there's a problem I have encountered after fully upgrading my Arch system.
I wonder, why my proxy has stopped working. So, I check the configuration
file and realize that the configuration has been reset back to the original.

I try to reconfigure and restart the Proxifier again, but it doesn't work.
So, I uninstall and install it again, rebooting the machine. Still doesn't work.
Is my proxy server at fault? I test it in my Firefox browser by configuring the proxy
manually. The result is. its work!

Any though to resolve this issue?

What sort of update did you perform? Did you use packaging tools (like apt upgrade, apt dist-upgrade) or reinstalled the whole OS onto the partition?

I did full system update. I use built-in package manager sudo pacman -Syu and an helper yay -Syu to update it.

Its surprising if the package manager has touched these config files. The build/install script directly drops the binaries and configs into the predetermined folders with out intervention of the package managers. And regarding its not working after a restart is still surprising the netfilter rules are applied on adhoc basis and or not configured to be persistent. Can you check nat rules if there are some colliding with the proxifier rules.
