This PR reformats the CHANGELOG.md to follow the Keep a Changelog format (keepachangelog.com). The changelog is updated with standardized section headers, a new Unreleased section with Rokt Kit plugin support, and version comparison links at the bottom.
Changes:
- Added standard Keep a Changelog header with markdownlint directive
- Reorganized version sections with standardized subsection names (Added, Fixed, Changed instead of Features, Bug Fixes)
- Added Unreleased section documenting Rokt Kit plugin support
- Added version comparison links at the bottom of the file
