Microsoft Intune allows installing InstallApplications as a line of business application.

Adding your IAs Package as a Custom Line of Business App

1. Build and sign InstallApplications.
2. Following these instructions, Use the Intune App Wrapping Tool for Mac to wrap the IA pkg.
3. In Intune, select Apps -> All Apps, + Add.
4. For App Type, select Line-of-Business app under the Other section of the drop down menu.
5. Click Select app package file, upload the IA .IntuneMac file created earlier
6. On the next pane, select groups of devices to deploy to. Selecting All Devices may be the best choice here. Selecting individual groups can lead to significant delays.
7. Create the app.
