better handling of Fortran kinds using an inpu f2py_f2cmap dictionnary

Unfortunately so far, f2py does not correctly handle the real(cp), complex(cp)
kinds and turn them to single precision by default. This was causing some troubles
in some reading. Also turn vtkLib.f90 into a module
